Can we please stop fecking around with the ball in defence???
I was hoping that this was one of the different things they have been working on. Not fannying around at the back but playing straight to midfield.

Constantly getting caught in possession. As usual, shit movement and poor decision-making.

I can't see how we would.  Has Ings kicked the ball yet?  The way we are playing just doesn't seem to be making the most of the players we have.  That said, Brighton aren't mugs.

Our midfield 3 and back 2 struggle to find a claret and blue shirt much of the time, which kind of screws us.

They look a better team than us.

Being so consistently shit, for so long, it's genuinely draining.

15 mins in and Gerrard should see what’s obvious already. Our midfield is non existent - too deep when defending, too passive when attacking. Brightons midfield are all over us.

In an attempt to get us going:

Watkins and Ings are shit.
Luiz and McGinn are shit.

Surprise surprise... that same group of players are putting in the same limp performance yet again.
