Ings and Watkins playing together again.

Because, obviously, we know how well that works.

Fuck me.

Who the heck is T O’Reilly?

Tommi O'Reilly, a young Irish left-sided attacking midfielder who's impressed Gerrard and been promoted to training with the first team.

Second week running that Gerrard has gone back on his word to drop under performing players.  The man is an out and out liar
He doesn’t know another way to play.

The sheer joy of seeing yet again that Ings and Watkins doesn't work, and neither does Luiz and McGinn.

What on earth is he playing at?

Who the heck is T O’Reilly?

He is from the U23’s, Gerrard rates him highly (right back, I think)

Luiz still in Buendia dropped and both Ings and Watkins starting… I think Gerrard is heading towards meltdown. This is not going to go well.

He says one thing, then does the opposite...I am fast losing confidence in Gerrard.

Crap isn't it.

I can't stand Luiz and McGinn. They might be great lads, I don't care. They haven't performed for weeks.

As for Watkins and Ings...you might aswell have a boiled potato and a broad bean up front. Useless as a pair, and not that good individually, either.

Gerrard, like Smith before him, is making a rod for his own back.

I would assume Watkins will play wide with Buendia out?

Godsmacked

It’s certainly getting harder to understand his thinking. Watkins and Ings just doesn’t work. Ditto Luiz and McGinn. Now I’ve said that we’ll probably stroll to a 5-0 win, but all the evidence to date is that it’s a shit line up.
