I would pick Sanson to start, but he's been on the bench for the last 4 matches and not come on, so sadly I doubt if that will be the case.

I fear a one goal win to Brighton with a controversial Inexperienced ref/VAR decisio  against us

Penalty appeal turned down, after Lewis Dunk uses chainsaw to hack off Watkins leg as he was about to shoot.

VAR spend 3 hrs rolling the footage backwards and forwards to show Dunks' toe brushing the ball just before  the chainsaw meets Watkins leg, and the after the game it's revealed that there was an ammendment to rule 3,267 part 74 whereby chainsaws are allowed if they're not held in an unnatural position.

Brighton have only won once in 8 themselves.

Remind me again what were the Watford stats before they beat us?

Benevolent Villa. One win in 8 for Brighton.  What happens next?

Here's Potter's pre-match press conference. Essentially saying exactly the same things as Gerrard, right down to "be the best version of ourselves"!

Dunk is playing having served a one match ban but Konsa got two.  Genuine question what is the difference?
Konsas was his second red of the season.  Not sure about Dunk, but that's why Konsa's was two.

Ah okay.  Thanks.  Konsa has a bit of a temper doesn't he.

Watford - 2 points from potential 33 since their last win on November 20.

I anticipate.......ney  expect no changes to personnel or shape other than Konsa returning.

And expect the same result

We are so inconsistent I have absolutely no idea what the result will be.

Thanks Villa.

A win would be an achivement, given our form in our last games. They are not xactley great themselves and do alot of draws, still we are away and can esaliy loose if we dont come together. We should find the determination and defensively stability from Gerrards first games and sneak a win, its easier too see a 1-0 to them though.  Situation in Ukraine puts a demper on footballinterest for me right now. UTV.

Need to pick up at least a point. Hopefully a better performance and hopefully we are set up to be hard to beat. At least an easier away day for the Bournemouth Lions..
