Villa Dissertation on Social, Environmental, Sustainability

Hi all,
My son is a final year student at Nottingham University, studying business management. He's lucky enough to have a subsidized season ticket in the Lower North Stand to ensure he comes home to see his mom frequently!
He's currently in the process of researching and completing his dissertation, and like most things he's engaged with over the past 16/17 years it leads back to football and normally is Aston Villa related.
His dissertation research work surrounds the social and environmental impact of a football club. Specifically studying what the role of legislation has on two different clubs, Villa and Walsall( I did say he could've done the Blues instead of Walsall!), and how the difference in size leads to differences in community activity, social governance and awareness on these issues.
His research is specific to gaining perspectives on fans relationship, understanding and thoughts on the social, environmental and sustainability impacts that will increasingly increase in importance and governance for football clubs. Additionally how environmental action has gone from being a nothing cause for a club to being one of the pressing issues, especially in terms of how the EFL and Premier League regulate them. He's looking to include opinion from villa fans and hopefully Walsall fans on how the club in the community and awareness has also changed throughout the years. People of his generation tend to have an awareness at least of these issues, and he's got a big client base to pick from. What he doesn't have is Villa fans from a broad section-supporters from their 30's to their 90's to contrast-He's aware that we are a broad church of many years loyal support(and suffering) at H/V!
He'd be most grateful if anyone could take a few minutes to fill this survey in please. 5 Questions in total.

If anyone has a specific perspective or knowledge on these subjects, he'd be extremely appreciative of any communication or opportunity to discuss.
Thank you to Dave W and the Mods for agreeing to this request. I have asked him to ensure that he publishes the results on here post study!
Ed
