The concern will be how much trust and faith the owners have in Gerrard.  On the performances so far I can't see an empty cheque book being thrown across the desk

Especially as Gerrard is unlikely to be an authorised signatory.

It's certainly worrying that Gerarrd can't get a tune out of a decent bunch of players. Lethargic and lazy performances don't sit well with the owners of Premier League clubs.

Norwich at home. Only time I can see us getting another win.

We look shot.

Perhaps they aren’t so decent. Got Deano the sack

I don't think we will be dragged into a relegation battle but the chances of a top half finish are diminishing and it looks like the likes of Newcastle and Leeds are going to catch up with us.  We cannot allow that to happen.

They’re not a particularly dislikable bunch more that they fold like a cheap tent over and over again.

Not worried just utterly, utterly fed up that we appear no nearer to breaking into the top 10 than we were 8 years ago.

Another false dawn. Realistically, as someone said above, on current form I can only see us taking points from the Norwich game…. Which is absolutely unacceptable with the squad at our disposal.

We still need another 4 points I feel to be safe. Burnley could yet survive, especially if they beat Norwich today which will put them closer with a game in hand. Villa still have to play them home and away.

Not worried just utterly, utterly fed up that we appear no nearer to breaking into the top 10 than we were £400 million ago.

Fixed if you want to be REALLY depressed.

I was quite looking forward to Everton waving bye-bye, but given our terrible form and two games against Burnley to come, it would be far more beneficial for Norwich to win today. Turns out I can't even enjoy other teams' misery this season.
