Brilliant going forward.  Defensively a car crash

Who us or Leeds?

Both.  Gerrard ought to be furious with the defenders.  Poorest I've seen Konsa play for a long time.

This could honestly be repeat of the 5 - 5 with Forest

That Coutinho fella is a bit good, isn't he? The second half of the season is going to be fun, like the Carbone-Merson period I think.

We are getting bamboozled by Leeds' one-twos and give-and-gos way too much though.

Seeing their second again, easy to point the finger at Mings again there, outdone by a short arse.

Ramsey is fucking brilliant. Best young player at his age I’ve ever seen.

Mings on the other hand is number one to be replaced. Leeds fans are singing “Tyrone Mings is fucking shit”. They’re not far wrong.

Who does Coutinho think he is! Should be playing it sideways or out of touch. Safety first.

Agreed.  He is Gerrard-esque.

That was certainly entertaining.   Thought JJ and Phil were brilliant.

We seem to work really hard for our goals, but give them away way to easily.

Defensively we look all over the place - We cant handle the movement, and playing DM in a game like this is way above Luiz paygrade

Watkins doesnt seem cute enough for this team

Agree with all of that.

Those Cuotihino - Ramsey goals, havent celebrated so much for as long as I can remember. All about couthino and couthino and ramsey.
Leeds are very dangerous all the time I think , can sense the danger every time when they come running, and we dont seem able to stop them effectively, based on that I m not very optimistic about the 2. half, its how we have lost to them two? last? times at villa park I think
Commentator said it was the best 1. half he had seen all year :)

If we had a proper DM we'd be coasting.

He’s better than either of them on this evidence, and they were both quality especially Merson. That bit of skill for our second goal is one of the best things I’ve seen a Villa player do. The goal was superb and the assist for the third was very tidy. Well done Ramsey too, especially for our third, breaking through and a top finish.

A fantastic game to watch but should have gone in at half time 3-1 up, I can't recall seeing Konsa play this bad in a Villa shirt.
