Less than five hours to go and the match still hasn't been called off!

  ;D ;D ;D
don't worry - it'll get called off about 1pm.

I just hope we get a decent ref because these are dirty fuckers. Any scissor tackles from Mee that cripple our players should be immediately punished.

Decided this morning that the infection rate is too high to risk my family Xmas - sad, but I won't be there today.
same
We've reluctantly decided the same.

Not gonna be easy today, outside the top 3 Mee and Tarkowski are as good a partnership as any. Cornet also looks a talent, though there is a doubt about him, but whether he plays or not still think we'll give his team a good licking!

Pity they haven't got a wafer thin defence.

Same here!  :'( I'll listen to the dulcet tones of Garry Thompson on the radio instead.

Cornet is doubtful, apparently. Hamstring injury.

From the Guardian, our injury list is as follows: Traoré (hamstring, Jan), Bailey (hamstring, unknown), Nakamba (knee, unknown), Sanson (Covid-19), Steer (Covid-19), El Ghazi (Covid-19)

Same, but I've just had a row with the missus so I'm teetering on going again

With loads of people not going today, I'm in with a chance of getting a pie in the Witton Upper at half time. That's if I leave my seat at 3:30 of course.

I'm 2˝ days out of covid jail. If I'm not pretty safe all round now from both giving and receiving, then surely we're all doomed.

I guess the number of people not going will make it safer for those who are going!

Gregg Evan's on Twitter saying Villa have had more positive covid cases overnight and waiting in an update on whether the game goes ahead.
