Just got a hunch - could be thinking come 5:49pm on Saturday why was that not postponed  - we struggle at home against them

We play our game and others get postponed and we could well be 7th for xmas day.

Would've seemed a mirage second weeks ago.

I won’t 5.30 kick off, please cancel it. Anyway if the game is on tomorrow, easy-ish 2-0 win

It’s either that or a trip to the mother in laws for me

So you can see my desperation for this game to be on

Forgive the cynicism but I have a feeling that if two clubs want a game to go ahead then go ahead it will; and in this case I reckon that both Villa and Burnley will want this game to be played tomorrow rather than any other time.

Premier League clubs will meet on Monday to discuss the escalating crisis around the coronavirus pandemic.

Looks like the games that are still on for this weekend will go ahead. The Premier League clubs aren't even meeting to discuss the situation until Monday
