It’s hard not to think back to the early days of last season, when I was confident that we could take on the best.

At the moment I’m prematurely expecting the worst, partly because I’m struggling to see the effect of our new signings.

Probably a narrow defeat but another good performance and loads to build on for Leicester.

Our defence going to have to play well again but worry they'll expose us at full back so really interested what SG produces in midfield area, certainly need SJM and Ramsey to get wide and help out Cash and Targett. Think Young will stay in aswell.

2-3. Laporte is suspended so our best hope is that Stones falls over again like he did in the cup final.

A draw would be a great result in this one.

Cant go to this as ironically up in Manchester for a training course with work, so feel a tad disengaged from it. Also never really expect us to get anything from playing them. Guessing it will be difficult to watch in the pub or hotel as its on Amazon.
We’ve beaten all of the so called sky super 6 since we’ve back up, except this lot, would love to be surprised tomorrow.

Despite the Pep years, I've never seen them dominate us more than the first half under Lambert at home, we had Kozak up front with Weiman. We barely touched the ball but inexplicably won the game with that Joe Hart howler.

So it can happen.

That game was daylight robbery. Superb.

You’re just a shit Lee Hendrie, shit Lee Hendrieeeeeeeeee.

Followed by a gutsy rendition of 'My old Man Said'.

And, if we're winning' 'Ratboy, what's the score? Ratoy Ratboy what's the score'.

I like "You used to play for a big club, play for a big club "  , and "You could have been a legend, you could have been a legend"

Or for anyone over the age of five how about just getting behind the players wearing claret and blue.

Be sure to tell everybody at the ground that singing songs to wind up the opposition isn't allowed.

Are you seriously telling me that chanting “you used to play for a big club’ would wind an opponent up? Come off it.

I don't think he will be fit by the sounds of it, but expect he might start if he is anywhere near ready.

Water under the bridge now, but I still think there would have been a bit of him that was sad to leave the club, yet felt it was something he had to do and he made his decision.

If he does play, I would rather he is largely ignored than have abuse aimed at him.  With the arrival of Steven Gerrard and after the start we have made under him, it feels like we have finally moved on from him.
