All we do is hit it long to Bailey and occasionally Buendia, completely by passing the midfield.

The most depressing thing in all this is we thought the days of poking about in 15th place were over. Not looking that way currently.

We needed to keep grealish and sign Buendia & Bailey. Instead we sold grealish and pocketed £15 million. Well do well to finish 14th or above as all the others strengthened

Ratboy wanted to go and had a release clause. Not much we could do about it.

We don't seem to know what we want to do. No identity at all.

I'm convinced there's a good team lurking here.

Even low on confidence and yet in last 10 minutes we strung together a good move for the goal and also towards the end of the half.

Just don't think DS is capable anymore of getting that good form I'm afraid.

Massively disappointing to lose that goal so soon after getting back to 1-1, thought Emi should've saved it even if it was right in the corner.

Point at best. We're done for if it goes 1-3 given lack of bench options.

Bailey does not look right but our midfield is the problem.

Fuck off. What is wrong with Martinez?
28 hours in an aeroplane

I'm not happy with him for either goal...should be saving both

Hause has done ok to be fair...but we look really poor. Maybe unsurprising but our midfield three are a complete mess. Neither pressing West Ham nor protecting our defence to any degree. Cash our best so far and we did create a fine goal. But this is a cruise for West Ham.

When Dean Smith said we were 18 months from the Champions League, did he actually say Championship?

I think we should be working our arses off to get in the very best manager available or unavailable. I like Dean the person, but if he thinks this is how to make up for the start to the season then he’s kidding himself.

Shit or bust for Dean now.

When AEG and Davis are only realistic sub options left to change the game I think it's s*** terrority.

Lose to Southampton and I think he's done for.

I'd be happy to see a bit of bust. We've already seen too much of the other.

I like Hause for his attitude and how he often comes away from a challenge with the ball at his feet. His passing is playground level.

What a load of fucking shite. Any chance of Martinez making a save this season. Just one?

Terrible midfield, no organisation at all. Set pieces are a joke, and all we do is pass backwards.

Smith out, clown of a manager.
