Accurate summation for me. The one thing that sticks out about Smith’s Villa is that he’s the first manager since Big Ron IMO where we give the better sides a game consistently. MON sides would occasionally do it but not consistently. Last season we took more combined points off the likes of Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool, etc, then at any time I can remember. Whilst we lost yesterday if we keep up that type of performance against those sides and I think we can do the same again.
