Away ticket sales schedule

Is there a schedule of sale dates for away games anywhere - at least for the first half of the season which will be largely based on 2019-20 attendance?

Two seasons ago the club issued a schedule which was really handy as it showed who would be able to apply and when, but I can't find something equivalent for this season.

They did issue one but it was pulled.

Does seem odd there's no details yet for either Chelsea game nor the Everton home game, presumably covid related and not wanting to put things on sale too early?
