Ticket Office

Is the ticket Office definitely closed at the moment? Does anyone know if there are plans to reopen as I really need to upgrade my dads ticket for the first game.
The phone lines are a joke!

It’s probably been mentioned before, but try the Villa Support on Twitter. DM them. They always come back and generally have been very helpful.

Tried to phone the ticket office re a season ticket issue.
No answer. They're not even answering to sell tickets eg NUFC at home.
I don't do twitter.
Poor showing Aston Villa ticket office. Very small-time.

I'm not really into Twitter. Tried to message them but it doesn't seem to do anything.
This is a bit of a shambles to be honest. I'm sure teams much lower down the Football pyramid have a better service than this.
I sent them an e-mail last week so maybe that will get a reply!
