Apparently not the team captained by Tom Cleverley.

Either their players are better than ours or their coaching is.

If we're serious about progressing as a club, we need a manager to reflect that ambition

It’s the coaching. Nothing I’ve heard in this game fills me with hope for the early part of this season

Dog shit today. As feared, will take a good month for this collection of players to resemble a functioning team. The back four have looked worryingly shakey. Buckle up for a rocky ride Villans.

Either their players are better than ours or their coaching is.

I'll choose option 2. Without over reacting but performances like today are what cost managers their jobs, especially when we've spent the cash we have.

Smith has been banging on about being versatile over the last week or so.
This is where we now see he fucking about with the formation constantly.

The changes Dean has made have all improved the performance

No sure the “defence needs time to gel” argument holds any water, as they were the same players as last season.

Just knew Smith would lose this.

This is the type of game he loses.

Remember when they battered us 3-0 with 10 men? Dena smith for you
