We look every bit as bad as Arsenal did last night.

Well, the pre-season optimism has disappeared pdq! Mind you, I think the last time we won here was at least 20 years ago.

Not surprising, this team is no better than the non Grealish teams we were putting out last season.
Even Sheffield Utd beat us and Watford are better than them.

Very very true. If we really think we have adequately replaced Jack and improved the squad, I'm not convinced. 2 players short still.

We've been fucking awful to put it mildly.

Not pressing well up top, not controlling the midfield, no one putting their foot on the ball and generally look devoid of ideas.

I'm trying to convince myself that this isn't our preferred starting XI, and to be patient.. but, as of now, this is just poor.

Now that's a proper set piece. Should have been two-nil.

Where’s the Plan B then Smith? This is beyond dire.

The system is wrong, the personnel in that system are wrong, everything looks disjointed (presumably from novelty at least), they look like a 2D team trying to play 3D football.

Enjoy the game folks. Remembered already why I avoid match threads!
No need to announce your departure and make us cry! ;-)

He just put Young through the middle, and Buendia out right..

Leading the press is something JWP does incredibly well.
