On his day, he's a £40 million player. On other days, he's nowhere near worth £12 million. Hull probably aren't in a position to get in "definite" stars so maybe they think he's worth a gamble.

For a PL player with loads of international and European football experience that’s a good deal. He lost his way with us. No reason he can’t an asset to Hull. I don’t get the hate for Bailey. His form fell off, but he was superb in part of the journey we all took with him.
