Walsall on sale today from midday to season ticket holders

It will be interesting to see if there is an away scheme this season - personally after what we have all been through with Covid etc.. if the club would make each away game a ballot for season ticket holders then that would be a fair way of allocating away tickets

A ballot? No. 30 years of loyalty should count.

It should. But they have to weed out the ones who abuse the scheme by selling tickets on but block others who want to have a chance to go. I have no idea how this is done fairly but Covid and requirements for ID may offer an opportunity.

This will probably benefit me but I still don't think it's fair. Those who make the time/financial commitment to attend the most games should get preference ahead of me.

I think 75% away members/regulars:25% ballot would be a reasonable split. That would reward those willing to go to every, or near every, game without completely closing the door on everyone else.

I have got the same issue, I thought I was just being stupid. I've never opted for e-ticket before, wasn't sure if they come by separate email but the confirmation does suggest there should be an attachment.

No way being selfish - but why should I not get some sort of leg up after being high up on the 2019/2020 history list for away games - it would cause bedlam moving forward if they started by ballot away day tickets - travel would become an issue, booking time off work, and the over expectation of too many for tickets.  Could end up like the previous away scheme when some of the members were openly selling tickets, that's just wrong.

Just had a nightmare with the Walsall tickets, had 3 in my basket and it was saying the other 2 who I sit with were in 'other relationship', so couldn't buy their tickets. Then suddenly it was sold out and mine disappeared from my basket.

If anyone has 3 they don't want let me know.

I didn’t get the choice for e-ticket for some reason so have had to pay for post. Guessing they won’t arrive in time and I’ll spend all next Wednesday trying to sort it out.
