Eight wins and a draw in Champions League, thirteen wins and no draws in Europa.

and the prize money for the semi final, final and champions. It's obviously going to be less but with other changes with sponsors, etc I agree with Percy that we'll probably end up 'only' dropping back on the revenue by £20m or so, which is still a fantastic achievement.

It seems, if they move your game to show it, you get full whack, but if they take the opportunity to show it because it’s moved anyway, they only pay half.

The grasping wankers.
Once again it's biased towards CL qualified teams as playing on Thursday shifts more games, so very important that we establish ourselves as perennial CL competitor.

Expenditure would still be a problem right?

Wage savings:

Rashford (half season) v sancho (full)
Ramsey v Elliot
Malen v Tammy
Ascensio (half) v Guessand
Carlos v ?

Are there any one off costs that will not reoccur this season (paying off Coutinho)?

We haven't paid anything for Bailey all season and got a £2m fee, same for Barrenechea and for Malen in the 2nd half of the season. Bizot replaced Olsen on a lower wage. I think we got a small loan fee for Ozcan to Anderlecht as well.

Dendoncker, Coutinho and Moreno all off the wage bill and therefore dropped off their amortised fees as well which plays into SCR as much as wages.

Some one-off fees in there maybe but overall they'll have put us into a stronger position.

Really helpful thanks and as mentioned the CFO mentioned the two transfer of assets to me. Presumably women’s team and Warehouse.

A question that may have been answered before. I heard Chelsea need to make up about £150M before end of June, so what about us, do we need money in before end of June via a player sale?

Can only be players now as you'd assume they've run out of assets of note to transfer around the group.

Time to find some new assets.

Yes but do we need to balance the books through a player sale before end of June?

I doubt anyone outside the club knows.

Perhaps someone will have a guess, but I think that’s the best you’ll get.

Who do we have that would get much and wouldn't bother us too much leaving? Rogers is the one people are on about going, but I am not sure someone is going to offer us the kind of figure that would tempt us.

Everyone we could happily let go are pretty much all on running down contracts, so wouldn't get too much for them.

You woukd hope after what happened last year and leading to the exit of Monchi that they would not be in the same situation again.
If anything. Based on our Europa League success that our finances would be at the top end of projections.

I hope so. It depends how much the low attendance of the home Europa League games hit us.
