The new stadium will be 100% privately financed, seat approximately 25,000 people, and be the first fully electric sports stadium in New York City and all Major League Soccer.

They certainly don’t want to have a steam powered stadium I suppose. Imagine how many chimneys that would need! Can’t believe anyone would build that in this day and age.
