Does anybody else think that  having fans in the ground is putting a lot of pressure on Spurs?
Ha ha

Yep and those boos at HT were wonderful.

Gareth Bale's next move should be interesting. Real Madrid don't want him back permanently and I doubt Spurs will extend his loan or buy him outright.

The PGA Tour then probably.

Probably the Saudi Tour. Not enough money for him on the PGA.

I missed the first 10 minutes, and it feels like we've absolutely bossed it.  I can't believe they've had 60% of the possession??

Just before Ollie's goal I was thinking "Why do we always look so uncomfortable under a press, but teams always handle our press so easily?"  Shows how much I know...

It could be as simple as the "Jack" effect, but we look REALLY good going forward.  Now to put two good 45 minutes together for a solid full-game performance.  It's been a while...

Great great half.
We will finish above them next season if they lose Kane.
Only hope DS reacts in time though if they bring on likes of Ndombele or Lucas Moura though as can't believe how easy it's been for us to play through them centrally.
Bertrand Traore would be world class if he just learnt you don't need to take 30 touches on the ball before making a decision sometimes!!
I think soon into the 2nd half we need to tighten the MF by bringing off a wide players and bringing in an extra midfielder...
...and don't wait till we concede!

Doug is a must for the second half. Hope DS has learnt from Sunday and you are allowed to make changes when you're leading in a game away from home.

Would take off AEG as from what I've seen so far Traore and Jack floating off Ollie they simply can't handle with their midfield structure.

Why did we start Ross for so many games.

Because Jack was injured
We had other players.   Jack has a made a HUGE difference this game but not having Ross misplacing most of his passes has also been a massive help.  We are on fire.

Big big fucking half now, we've been in this position at Burnley and Palace before and then been awful 2nd half.

Huge chance for Smith to show he's  learning.

Jack fucking ran that midfield.

Jack is back. The team raises its game. We look class.
It’s a simple equation.

He brings us so much more than just his ability. He gives us the confidence to play not just ten, twenty yards further up the pitch. We're pressing their fullback positions with four or five players. The midfield passing is crisper because there's always an out ball. Everything we do is better simply because he's there.

Please, McGrath, let me be still posting these same comments in five years time.

We should smell blood now.

Time to become ruthless. A third goal and they’ll be walking out, the fickle twats.

We've seen halves like that hundreds of times over the years.

1: Played outstanding.
2: Should be comfortably winning, but aren't.
3: Expect the same intensity in the second, but we come out and play completely different.
4: Opposition side who should have took a beating in the first come out and play like Barcelona in the second.

Surely, it's not going to happen again? Come on Villa give them a hammering!

Do Doug for AEG at 65min?

The own goal was the 1,000 in premier league history apparently.

29 of them are sublime though.
