If we have the attitude of Wednesday night, I think we'll get beat.

Albion to edge it 1-0

Why would we go into a game against 19th placed local rivals with the same attitude as we did against the runaway leaders who are arguably the best team in world football right now?

Would be lovely to despatch these numpties with some aplomb, however I feel a turgid draw materialising. Surprise me Villa please.

I think that we should fuck the Albion, fuck the Albion, fuck the Albion, fuck the Albion, fuck the Albion.

The bitter, Stripey ******.

3-0 Villa. Let's fucking all but relegated this pathetic excuse for a club. Bunch of Lee Jean, black shoes, baseball cap, fleece wearing wankers.

Ads, I love being able to agree with you on the non-Off Topic threads!

I hope we turn up, but performances haven't been great for a while now. Second half Wednesday, we gave up.

A bore draw between two boring teams. It won't be one for the purists.

Hope we smash them.

It's a struggle to pick an eleven at the moment. Any kind of win would be a positive, these are a terrible team but it will be a very tight game. Picking a team with an eye to next season would be good. Hopefully McGinn will be kept further forward and if Sanson is fit he can drop in next to Luiz, Ramsey otherwise. Wouldnt mind seeing Watkins on the left wing for a change, he played there a lot at Brentford. No Barks, Nakamba or Traore.

Martinez, Elmo/Kesler, Konsa, Mings, Targett, Luiz, Sanson, McGinn, AEG, Watkins, Davis

4 months ago we would have smashed the Baggies. Different kettle of fish now as we are so slow moving the ball from midfield. If any team pressures us, we do not seem to have a clue to counter it. Again, hope I’m wrong but think it’s going to be a long evening tomorrow.

I reckon a 3-0 Villa win, Albion kicking chunks out of our players and at least one sent off.

I was totally confident we will smash them when we played at their place and we did however not sure why but I don't feel very confident for this one.

Rudy, think you would get very good odds for us to win 3-0 but, my advice  is to keep your money in your pocket.

Nah, we'll finally turn up and show them what's what. I'd more than settle for a 3-2 victory providing it's a repeat of the game where we relegated Coventry.

“Lee Jean, black shoes, baseball cap, fleece wearing wankers.”

Is the best thing I’ve read in a pre-match thread for a while.
