Sadly you can't play like that and expect to get anything against these *******. I really hope Cash learns from today.

Since boxing day, we have played the most pedestrian football possible. Unfortunately its turgid, slow, route 1 stuff week after week. We are boring again, no spark, no imagination, no pace, no zip, no movement.

Its night and day from the first half of the season.

After 2 tricky results for them they needed a nice respectful team to play. They couldn't of handpicked their opponents any better.

Any chance of us cancelling our remaining games. Except for the Crystal Palace one as that’s the one I’m really pinning my hopes on for a draw or maybe even a win. Remind me, that’s when we score more goals than the other team? Been so long, I’ve forgotten.

I think our performance on Boxing Day was the last stand out one.

All I see when I look up Cash's stats is a whole bunch of yellow cards for mostly stupid challenges and not a lot else.

I'm going to pray everyday that City take Luiz off our hands in a few months time for £30m. He is fucking shit.

We can buy Yves Bissouma with that and still have a little change left.

I thought we had a decent chance of getting something out of the game at the start of the second half, then Cash got sent off.

City are a bloody good team to be honest and Foden was a threat all night.
It's true that they're a great team but listening to Redknap and Bent eulogising about them just pisses me off. They're bankrolled by a fucking country. I think most teams would be half decent when someone buys you a billion quids worth of players.

No surprise. Nice of the TV companies to completely forget about the last 24 hours, for their manager to act appallingly without censure and for our manager to still have faith in Barkley.
A night best forgotten.

We can’t keep saying we’ve had a good season.

We had a fantastic first half of it, but for months it’s been average or garbage.

We need quality signings who start in the first XI for next season, and the quality will determine whether our better players stay put.

I know City are worlds apart, but so many below par performances meant we had no chance.

The trouble is it felt like the Villa players were eulogising over them, during the game.

They were awesome. They very rarely make mistakes.  Thank-you Stones for fucking u and making a game of it, but the gulf in class was huge.  We actually did well to keep that to 1-2.

Legion, £30 may be nearer the mark for Luiz. Can’t believe he’s anywhere near the Brazil national team.

Leeds under Bielsa are much more likely to kick on next season than we are under Smith. I hope I am wrong but I am really disappointed with the way things have fizzled out.
