You are right the forming of the PL was outrageous but we have come to learn to live with it. This has taken the destruction of the spirit of the game to a new level. The new CL was going to move the needle further in favour of the so called elite, just as FFP had done only a few years ago.
Now we have this obscene, almost without pretense proposal to cart off all of the money for all of the power into the grasping hands of the few.
