West ham might not be world beaters, and we didn't play well, but I would give them credit for the tactics they employed to stop us. I also think they will (probably) finish above us

Good read Dave, interestingly I made a similar point to someone the other day regarding our form since the BMH Covid outbreak that the players don't seem to be playing with the same energy levels that they were. Maybe some of them are still not 100% fit, or maybe that fatigue is catching up with them after playing so many games in such a short spell. This is where strength in depth and squad rotation is so important. Even Liverpool have been inconsistent recently.  No need to panic just yet, but like most of us i think we'd like to see subs if necessary made a bit earlier.  Anyway, this season is on a whole different level to last season.

When Jack has no influence we struggle, not his fault this time, he was doubled up on all game and had his ankles tapped a few times. Look at Spurs without Kane, I have thought for the last few games that the energy isn't there, i would like to see McGinn play further forward, that's his natural position.

Crucial point at the end, it's how we move on from this performance that's important.
