One goal and 2 assists from Ollie

I think he's been far and away our best player tonight even before the goal but yes disappointing hold up play and also gave it away too easily for their second. Martinez should've saved both though.

You know that if we'd signed Lingard, he'd need a whole year of getting up to speed.

Well we would have signed him and then maybe put him on with a few minutes left in the match. Credit to Moyes, he knew our weakness is young Manure Strikers.

The really frustrating thing is that Martinez has been so good all season but has just fallen to pieces tonight.

2 or 3 passes. Hasn’t been involved for the last 6 or 7 mins.

Hard to judge. Looked lively prior to our goal but since their third everyone's been rubbish and anonymous.

On the bright side, I'd rather have all his falling-to-pieces in the one game than stretched over several games.

I guess we can allow him an off night, but we do always have Heaton in reserve if it continues.

Not good enough. Midtable awaits. A crushingly poor performance at the wrong time. Europe a pipe dream.

We need to make a few changes for the Arsenal game.  The team looks fucking knackered to me.
