This is where i struggle a bit with Dean

We're losing badly, it's not going to change if we don't make a change on-pitch. Why just stand there and watch it pan out predictably?

Not exactly Mr Flexibility is he?

Worst performance of the season ( from what I can remember) in the game that we probably needed a performance most.
Spot on, can stop with the Champs League maths. We've consistently fucked up when we should have done better this season undoing the good work in games like Liverpool, Arsenal and Palace.

Barkley's race is run - he's flagging.

No-one going down the right so predictably we are constantly going down the left even though West ham have so many bodies down there.

In game management isn't Dean's strength. We need the game plan to work and if it doesn't Dean seems reluctant or uncertain of what to do. The game plan has often worked thankfully but when it doesn't it ain't pretty.

When we play badly, we really look awful and Southgate is also watching, i bet he's well impressed with our English contingent.

Sometimes it just isn’t going to happen. We haven’t been at the races from the off. It’s been absolutely dreadful tonight. We’ve not had many games like this. Need to now beat Arsenal who themselves won’t be full of confidence.

They've just out muscled us. And been very well organised. On top of that our passing has been  really poor. Not many positives to take from this!

They've outnumbered us all over the pitch.

We look tired.

Which makes you wonder at the thought process of barely changing the team week in, week out. I appreciate we won our last match, but we looked tired then, too, and the flow of games looks too much for us.

IT reminds me of many home games against Everton when Moyes managed them -- we often seemed to struggle against their physicaltiy and organisation and then Tim Cahill would score a couple.
