Barkley off for Davis and see how that looks for 15 minutes. Pull Jack and Traore in as stretching the play hasn't worked at all and it's been too easy for them to counter.

We've been bullied tonight I think. They're so much stronger in the press and holding the ball up top

Surely Sanson can't be any worse than Barkely is tonight

Hmmm.  Let's see about the steam spirit now.  Half an hour left.

Worst performance since Leeds although Southampton was close.  I think this is our dip.

The score reflects the game perfectly. We deserve to get nothing from this. As Steve Bruce would say “one of those horrible ones”

Our entire way of playing has played exactly into their hands this game. We've been the perfect opponent for them, and I can't see us even getting on the scoresheet today, let alone getting something from the game.

Worse than Leeds performance, this is what happens when you keep playing the same fucking side every three days in a really hard period when the squad has hda Covid proplems too. On the manager I'm afraid.

The game is over, get some subs on. Barkley can go back to Chelsea after tonight quite honestly.

I think it's time to talk about the midfield. Good players all, but only Luiz is top-tier standard most weeks. Barkley and McGinn give the ball away so much, and their attempts at quickfire passing in midfield are seriously haphazard.

Had to do a double take on those stats, 8 shots on target from West Ham!

May as well have a look at Sanson now.
