No wonder our senior team put 7 past those jokers.

That for me is the best post of the last twelve months.

Great comments by Barry post match.

"You've had lots of experience even playing for Barcelona."

"Yeah but I had to come back and play for the Villa."
Is there a link?

It was a magnificent effort of truly epic proportions by all of our players, especially considering they probably didn't even know till late in the day that the game was going to go ahead tonight.

Barry's finish was exquisite, showing the finish of a top striker way beyond his years.

This lad is going to be top draw.

Fantastic effort from the young boys. They all did themselves proud and hopefully will progress through to play in the first team again in due course. Well done all.

Marvellous - embarrassed Liverpool again. They had to empty the bench to beat a team of kids on their knees. Louie’s goal was excellent.

And still some of their twattish fans are on social media giving it large.

Brilliant effort by these young lads.  NSWE have made a big statement with their investment into the academy.  Great to see some signs of real progress already

Don't think I've celebrated a goal so much all season, as I find it hard getting too worked up watching games on TV.  So bloody proud of those kids tonight.

Every single one of those lads out there gave a superb account of themselves. So pleased for them.

They did us proud, and we can look forward to seeing a few of them in the first team sooner rather than later.

Now's the time to expand Villa Park, we could shift another 10,000 season tickets based on the potential coming through.
True.  In hindsight should have used the time to build.

Well done the Villa Boys literally!
Louie Barry always scores against l'pool!
That lad is a natural goalscorer and has a great future ahead of him. The goalie had a good game too.
My 23 year old son informed me the average age of the team tonight was 18 years 294 days and that he suddenly feels old!
UTV!

2 years ago this weekend since our debacle at Wigan, it’s certainly not all doom and gloom, in fact far from it! UTV. Well proud.
