Let’s not forget, our expectations have been seriously raised. It’s been a magic season so far. We are playing against a side and squad that really relative to what’s been spent on it over the past few years has massively underperformed. But they are all still individually very good players, some with tremendous experience. If we lose, it might just be that on the day they were better or took advantage of our mistakes. We have to seriously over-perform to win against the very best and we have proven we can do it. But it’s a lot to ask to always play to that level a season removed from almost going down.

Hause must be really pissed off.

I'm guessing you may not be happy with Mings?

I can see what he’s saying though. If you earn the shirt you should keep it.

Been absolutely rock solid since he came in, but dropped for the ‘bigger name”.

We need way more out of the two wide players. I’d take Traore off now.

United have never lost a home Premier league match, when leading at half time, it's gotta happen one day, we can still do it, have played some good stuff, final ball poor.

These are like a Steve Bruce side. Generally clueless and aimless play, punctured by moments of individual quality.

Not at all. He does something really crap every single game. Didn't deserve to just walk back into the team ahead of Hause. Sends entirely the wrong signal out. Mings has been our least consistent 'regular' this year.

Only 2 crosses out of 17 found their mark. Therein lies the issue.

Ramsey for Traore and Jack out wide for me.

Mings is a better all round player than Hause. He was always going to come straight back in.

Man, you lot get really down.  We are playing some very good football against one of the "Super League".  Our final ball has let us down and one defensive mistake has cost us a goal.  There's 45 minutes to go.  Stop your bitching.

Working well that so far.

We're two players off being a Top 6 side. Both are wingers. We have 3 and not one is good enough.

Agreed, they’re all decent against mid and lower table sides but marked out of it tonight so far. That said, AEG and Trez have been markedly better than last season. Incremental steps, I guess.
