Michael Owen was very passionate about Jack diving. I really hope he’s as animated when Mane or Salah does it. Fuck off Michael.

And that stupid wanker Paul Ince thinks it wasn’t a red card. At least Owen thought that was nailed on red.

I did think Jack was a bit theatrical on a couple of occasions prior to the sending off. He doesn’t need to do that and just gives ammunition to the likes of Owen

Is that the Michael Owen that dived against Argentina?

Not having ago at Watkins as they are so close to be negatable, but i wonder how many of his goals last season would have been bounced if Var was in the Championship?

How would Ince have reacted if Livermore tackled him like that?

He’s a fucking idiot.

Is the correct answer

Fat Sam complaining about the Hause challenge but in fairness he didn't defend the Livermore sending off.
Martin Keown praising Villa and saying we are "going places".

I really hope we are allowed to do some more business this January.  We are a couple of players off being very capable and people taking us very seriously again.

What the hell do we do in Bodymoor during the week?  We look coached.  We look organised.  What devilry is this?

Special mention for El Ghazi and Traore.  A sort of mini redemption for the Burnley game, not that I personally think they need to be redeemed, as it was one of those days.

I also can't remember a match where we dominated the whole 90 like this one, without the oppo having even the tiniest spell of pressure.  Bring on Palace.

Wouldn't it be terrible if Jack dived twice in the World Cup finals.

After a very convincing performance, the only criticism tonight was not wrapping up the win a lot sooner.

Albion never threatened before the red card and even less afterwards. I think their expected goals was 0.02. I'm not sure if I've ever seen a figure that low.

Livermore was out to get Grealish from the first minute and he could've been booked before the red anyway. You could tell Big Sam was not pleased with Livermore in the post match interview.

Hause was maybe a bit lucky he didn't see a red. It wasn't quite as clear, but if Atkinson had given it, it probably wouldn't have been overturned.

Traore was much improved tonight and it was a very cool finish although it didn't turn out to be the toughest of matches.

LOL and Paul Ince called Jake Livermore Albion’s talisman. If that’s the case they are utterly fucked.

Did they have a shot? Genuine question.
WBA have become the first Premier League team ever to have 100% of their shots on target in a match.

1 shot 1 on target.

Both have been quoted in the BBC text commentary as stating  along the lines of they feel like they let themselves and their team mates down against Burnley and needed to do better against the Albion so both are happy.

Two matches on the trot where Johnson has been MOTM for the Bags. And he still let in 4 goals.
