Need the second goal  early on this half.   And then we can start putting the runs on the board.

Surprised no one has mentioned Emi handling the ball outside his box. Didnt Michael Oakes get a straight red for that all those years ago at Blackburn ?!

I think he did.

It was Boxing Day because I remember listening to the game driving home from my parents’ house.

No offence to our neighbours but this is like playing Walsall. We need to punish this lot second half. Poorest team I've seen this season. They don't even look half-arsed.

That is quite offensive to Walsall.

I did say, 'No offence to our neighbours'..

BBC text thought he was very, very lucky not to see red. May have helped that it was so early in the game.

That should not matter. See Vidic.

He did handle briefly outside the box but completely different to stop a goal being scored. Surprised he didn't get booked but not a red at all in that context.

For too many years Albion have been a poor excuse for a football club.

Since about 1878.

142 years of shit...blimey that is inexcusable

It’s because referees are biased against the Albion. It ay fair!!!

Should be 2, brilliant ball from Jack, McGinn needed to get less contact on the header.

Same here, but I guess they saw reason, and unless it was blatant.

And we really really really need another goal or 4 in this game

Watkins having a poor and frustrating game. Dean needs to see that and make the change
