Not a worrying line up. Weak midfield. Smith hoping that El Ghazi will be inspired after scoring the pen against Wolves.

I'm lying in a hospital bed looking for some cheering team news and I see this. Wtaf.

Hause's best attribute is his power in the air. Would back him against Wood more than Mings.

Half the fucking first-team outfield players out. Fuck sake, Nakamba and Hause are utter shit. It's going to be a long hard slog tonight. Traore needs to get up to speed and put a shift in, the same as El Ghazi, get fucking stuck in. Let's hope in the last 6 months Nakamba has learned how to pass a ball to a teammate.

Very underconfident about tonight now looking at that team.

I would much rather he played Elmo in the middle and Freddie RB than Hause a completely left footed CB playing on the right, or even Mings for that matter. Fuck me

Elmo played RCB against Stoke in that cup game and was awful. Hause will be ok in the air but passing the ball into midfield is going to be a real challenge tonight with him at RCB.

That midfield selection is horrible. 424 effectively , maybe Grealish is going to drop in centrally tonight but we look completely unbalanced . Bench is very weak too

Team looks incredibly poor without Barkley, Konsa, Luiz and Trez in it.

Don't forget Cash.

Well, we knew two changes were going to happen but Konsa being out is disappointing. Good to see Davis back though.

If ever a line up reinforced the need for extra quality in the squad!

In fairness, Burnley will probably send a lot of high balls into the area so Hause will be a better choice than Engels.

But, on the whole, that team has a horrible 'last season' whiff about it.

Powder puff midfield - shows the lack of depth. Game could go either way
