How is that not a penalty ffs?

The ref and leicester fans will argue he got the shot away first but for me he couldn't get a shot on target because of the position of the player who committed what would've been the foul so it was never a scoring opportunity.

Just because he already took his shot it doesn't negate the foul. If that was the case anyone could just put the boot in at anytime!
