Win this and we're more than 10% of the way to the title and a perfect season.

I'm looking forward to the game.  Barkley and Grealish versus Maddison and Barnes.  Hope it's a Villa win.  Will be a great test for us.

Lawro has predicted 2-0 to Leicester and ‘singer, rapper, Afrobeat star and Manchester United fan’ Rema (no me neither) who obviously knows fuck all says it’s going to be 5-1.

I’ll be checking the score on teletext. 1-1.

Lawro also predicted and I quote ‘it could come crashing down’ (for villa). Not that he’s bitter at all about his beloved Liverpool getting the thrashings of all thrashings two weeks ago.

Didn’t fancy us, but a belligerent 2-1 villa (McGinn, Watkins)

Bob Mortimer’s take on Lawro and wife Barbara on Athletico Mince podcast is comedy gold.

Of course we played really well, but Liverpool was one of those once-in-a-generation freak results.  I think Leicester will be a much better gauge of the progress we've made.  I'm hoping for a draw but if we come away with a win, I think that's grounds for significantly raising the expectations for this season.

That's a good way of putting it.  Last season in the two league games they were so superior to us it was embarrassing.  Be very interesting to see how we match up tomorrow.

Who knows, maybe from “Doing a Fulham”, this season we'll “Do a Leicester”.

1-2.

Oh god, don't remind me. It's a grudge match for me personally, and I can't stand them or their fans (dad and mates aside).

Stop Vardy, stop Leicester. Easier said than done of course.

Gangs of the EPL my particular favourite along with the British Football Managers (seek and destroy) club. Genius.
