A special mention for Alan Smith's commentating skills. Some totally inane comments topped off by his take on Joe Bryan's assault on SJM. "it looked a good tackle to me" The ref promptly books Bryan for clattering McGinn. What a tool Alan Smith is.
I’ve got a cheeky 17/1 on Bryan getting his marching orders tonight. Dirty, snivelling little shite! 😉

Disappointed we are only 2 up to be honest, Watkins in particular has been sloppy with a number of openings and that header he missed was a sitter. Looks a real lively physical threat though.

Couple of misplaced cross field passes aside Jack has been different class. It's like the championship all over again. Running past defenders like they aren't even there. McGinn with two assists on a very welcome return to form. Hourihane does what he does best, goals. Even Trez is doing well.

Targett has been poor but it's the right side of our defence that's been worrying. Mitrovic has bullied Konsa on a few occasions and Cash has been caught out on a few occasions.

On the evidence on this, Fulham are nailed on for relegation so can't afford not to finish this off. Hopefully early on in the second half. Can't see Fulham finishing with 11 either.

Think Cash needs some criticism as well as Targett. Both of them give the opposition overlapping players too much room and time to get their crosses in. Better teams than Fulham will slaughter us if we give them that much room.

If we’re not looking for a new LB then we should be. I don’t rate either Taylor or Targett, so get rid of one of them and bring in someone else to balance the back four.

Seems like Targett can cross a decent ball on a few occasions. Always looking to score. It’s like there is some kind of split personality. He’s not sure what he is. The Saints fans were not upset he left. He really does look a weakness in our team

I honestly prefer Guilbert. For me he was MOTM against Bristol.

Good so far, but I agree on this point. It happened a lot last season but we let teams cross the ball far too much.
