Anyone Remember This?

An old mate just sent This to me, can't say I know anything about it let alone having seen it.  Does anyone know anything about it?

Pity that.  What it is, is a flower bed arranged to display the message "Aston Villa, wellcome back to the first division" laid out between two rampant lions, all done in claret and blue flowers obv.  It looks to me as though it could be in the grounds of Aston Hall.
