I think having a crowd there would’ve made a difference.  They got us over the line against Leicester.

Its nothing to do with fight or effort or any of that clichéd stuff. Its a lack of pace and quality. We're devoid of it and have too many players not up to this level, so we compete and we try, but there just is not the tools in this squad for the job.

If you lack quality, the least you can do if fight, battle and make it difficult for the opposition.
We don’t do that.

Samatta - why, just why?

I think he's very limited. Not seen anything from him to say he's going to make this level.

Squad isn't good enough.  Manager isn't good enough.

To spend what we spent and look worse than a mid table Championship side is some achievement. This lot will struggle next year which league we end up in.

Don't worry pal. They'll be queuing up to leave, and Smith will again have the excuse of having to put together an entirely new squad which hasn't had a chance to "gel together", which as we've seen this season has made fuck all difference in any event.

That’s the biggest worry. Even if we get big money for those who leave,  I have no faith in this lot to spend it wisely.

I really don’t think that a championship type team will be easy or as good as previous squad that got us up to put together , uncle Albert, Tammy , etc

Same can be said for other teams who are getting decent results. Having a decent squad and coach would be more of a difference

We just don't move the ball quick enough.

It's been the same since the start of the season. We just haven't got to grips with the pace of this division.

I’ve changed my mind now as well.  I think this squad minus McGinn, Grealish and Mings would struggle in the championship.

I think it’s both - you can afford technically limited players that work hard or versa. We’ve got too many players who are technically poor who also don’t appear to give a shit.
Same can be said about the coaching team

Likewise - no faith at all
