Newcastle/ Liverpool Refunds

Not sure if there is anyone on here who still hasn't tried to get ticket money back for above games.
I sent a message via Twitter to @AVFC support and quoted my ID and money was paid into my account within 48 hours.
Apologies if it was a case of me being slow on the uptake...LOL

I hadn't done anything about refunds until I read your post. I then emailed ticketsales@avfc.co.uk to request a refund for my tickets and got immediate confirmation from Villa that this would be done.

Not done anything with mine, will leave it in the Bank of Villa for the time being.

Would it not be in the bank of Newcastle/Liverpool rather than Villa?

I phoned the ticket office a few days ago just to enquire what was happening with the tickets/refunds etc and they sorted refunds for both - and travel - immediately.
I can now afford some creosote for my newly mended fence.
