He got the ball wide left with 4 defenders across the back 4 nowhere near him.

Abject

Leicester don't even need to expend any energy. They could stand still and we would concede the ball.

That's the most humiliating thing, we don't look like we are even trying.

Gilbert has been a disgrace tonight.  Totally jacked it in.

Yeah I think we’re going now, I did believe we could get out of it but we’ve just gifted too many goals and dropped too many points over the course of the season. It’s not this game that’s done us, it’s all the other ones where we’ve either not turned up or just chucked points away

I fucking hate this team almost as much as the last bunch of c***s that took us down.

Its staggering that the 15/16 team was actually worse than this bunch of monumental thundercunts.

I think Smith is gone after tonight.

Doubt it.

It's not too late though. Sunderland sacked Poyet after we won 4-0 up there and that was mid March. They still stayed up.

Ultimately board were fully behind him at New year.

He simply isn't good enough to manage at this level yet, simply too many errors in system/set up/in game management etc.

I think Smith is gone after tonight.

I bet he's not.

If we had any self respect, he would be, though.

Nobody in there right mind would keep a manger in a job after this run of games and above all this useless pathetic performance, personally I think Smith should offer his resignation as a Villa fan, if not, he should be sacked, nothing to lose.

I cannot see a reasonable argument for keeping Smith on.  If they do it'll be just one more poor decision in a decade or more of poor decision making.  He's done nothing to convince me that he is a Premier League quality manager or has learned anything from the games so far.

Not a chance. He's got immunity.
