Very fair commentary Dave.  We have lots of promise but very little delivery.  Putting a rocket up them only seems to work for a short period and may not be the way to go with a young side.  I certainly agree about the older heads.  Smith mark argue that Danny Drinkless is that older head, but he's just not very good, or inspiring.

At our best we can win games against the likes of Leicester. Anything below par and we lose to the likes of Bournemouth.
