No Vassilev or Luiz is a very negative selection. Midfield of Nakamba and Drinkwater scares me.

Vassilev is nowhere near ready. He’s hardly touched the ball when he’s come on.

Disappointed Vassilev isn't starting, desperate for a win.

Maybe that's because of how we are set up.

Urgh, won’t be sad not to see that side picked ever again.

Any chance of you giving this a rest for a bit ?

Still can't get my head round the fact Archer has not been given a chance to come on from the bench yet given the circumstances especially when he was rated so highly after his performance in the Crewe game.

Nakamba needs to get stuck in. He seems reluctant to make challenges and it's supposed to be his strength to shit up the opposition a bit and cause a nuisance. We've got to be up for a scrap today. Hopefully Drinkwater improves too. AEG and Trez need to improve too. They can make things happen, so I don't want us to be living in hope for some Grealish magic and not much else.

Fingers crossed for a Deeney red card as opposed to a match-winning performance. Can't stand the thug.

I'm beginning to think Drinkwater is Dean Smith's`drinking partner ;)  or Smith is seeing something in training that we have yet to witness. Tough game tonight ......these are the type of fixtures where we are crying out for a physical presence in the middle of the park ...Nzonzi (sp?) For example

Evening all.  Nervy 2-1 win for us.  Jack and AEG for us, some scrote for them.  Lots of yellows.

I’m not keen on having 3 central defenders but if your going to play it at least we have Guilbert and Target who do get forward rather than Taylor and Elmo which just gives you a back defensive 5

Drinkwater and Marvo  in the middle and Grealish  playing up top is not filling me with confidence either so swings and roundabouts for me

Worried about our 2 in the middle being over run and Jack not seeing much of the ball. I hope Drinkwaters powers of recovery are good enough.
