Another abject display against a poor team that we are managing to make look competent.

We're particularly poor with and without the ball. We can't carry on like this. We've played the 3 teams around us and we look the worst of all.

Funnily enough the only guy apart from Jack that looked up for that was Wesley. But then we retreated and you could see the confidence sap from them when they scored. Really can’t see us getting back into this now no matter who he does and doesn’t bring on. In our fragile state we just can’t afford to give stupid goals away but we did 😡

I really didn’t think Dean would turn out to be so unbelievably shite.

no real surprise. he is WAY out of his depth and will take the club where he, as a supporter, would never want it. its time to move on.

a real test of the new owners tonight

Perry Groves on TokeSpote: if Smith doesn't change the system at half time, he's not doing his job properly.

So if he can see it from up there ... Let's see if we see something different 2nd half.

Just an awful first half. Jota looks like a little boy who’s won a competition. No bite in midfield and targett getting targeted as the weak link.
Wesley been average and I think it was a brilliant save rather than a miss from him to be honest. Shocking goal to concede but luiz should be goal side of doucoure until the ball is cleared. If he is. He stops the shot.

That half was 15/16 diabolical. No ball retention at all, second to EVERY lose ball, and even Heaton very weak twice on the goal. Such frustrating viewing.

I love our front-foot football, it's so refreshing.

Worry not, were always at our best straight after half-time.

When was the last time we played well, I mean, properly well? Norwich away, maybe....

Whether you are for or against Dean Smith at this point that just isn't good enough.

How many opposition players mistakes lead to our goals? Any?

How many times this season have our errors led directly to goals against? 8?10?

Look, we can't carry on as we are.

45 mins of absolute puke.
Negative, boring, uninspiring, unadventurous, meek shite.

Lansbury is posing c***, trotting around like a fucking show pony, Jota and Hourihane are invisible and the defenders are playing with all the composure of a dog with rabies !!

We know what’s coming, AEG AND Trez will be on to see the game out in style and Kodjia  will be nowhere to be seen.

Fucking wank. All of it

If the score stays the same, we'll have taken 3 points out of 9 from the (then) bottom 3.... and the 3 points we did win were a smash and grab against Norwich and far from convincing.
I'd have accepted 5 points but would settle for 4 right now. 3 is totally unacceptable

Why do we constantly think we can play at testimonial pace?

Every other team is urgent, pressing, sharp.

Massive 45 now. If we lose, with Burnley and Man City up next, we'll be adrift by miles.

Watford have had 64 per cent possession. Their average this season is 45 per cent...
