If Trez and El Ghazi both start, I’ll be thoroughly demoralised.

Nakamba is worse than Trezeguet and El Gahzi .
He's entirely culpable for affording space to the opponent's midfielder time and again.
When he's not needless fouling doing a poor impression of Kante.
Marvelous best trick is to gift the ball to opposition in own box or like against Norwich edge of their area allowing for a counter attack.
Personally he seems to be struggling in playing that position

Based on the above I'd start Nakamba.

I would be tempted to look 3 at the back push the full backs (Guilbert and targett)further forward as they seem to be better attacking than defending. Have Douglas and Conor in the middle and jack behind 2 strikers of Wes and Kodj

Thought Elmo did fine yesterday. But unfortunately Delefeou will have him on toast.

Guilbert does have pace on his side it's whether he can play disciplined enough and not continually get caught really high upfield.
I bet Pearson will have Delefeou up against Target, because you just know DS will start him.

So would I, but it ain't going to happen, is it?

I am not sure what problem it is trying to solve.

I'd like to see the following:

Heaton

Fred Konza Hause Taylor

             Marv

Luiz                Conor

          Jack

   Jota
         Wesley

Solid in defence, industrious in midfield and creative up front.
If Mings is fit, bring him back and push Hause to left back.
El Ghazi can come on for the last 5 minutes.

We're not blessed in that department. Maybe Lansbury replacing Jota?

I like AEG, more often than not he's involved in our better chances, like he was in the goal yesterday. Plus he's pretty much the only player we seem to have that has the ability to be in the box at the rigt time.

it doesn’t help matters that outside of the keeper 2 of our best 3 players are injured
