I’m watching Willian and thinking why couldn’t we have got a Brazilian that actually played like a Brazilian? Like when we got Cuellar who was the least technical player to come from Spain ever at a time when Spain were rolling great ones off a conveyor belt dominating world football.
Willian was playing in CL for years for Shakthar Donestk and had Brazil caps when Chelsea signed him in 2013. Been a great player for them.
As much as our young player signing policy is admirable and working eventually we'll have to sign an experienced international or two if we want to make a bigger leap up the lead.
