Davis hasn't put a foot wrong. Great hold up play.
His first controls in the first 10 ball bounced far off him. Since gone deeper and done better

or El Ghazi

well what do I know!

To be fair this is what AEG does, he'll be anonymous for ages and then play a killer pass or take a chance and you wonder how good he could be if he was more consistent. The same is true of Hourihane and Lansbury as well.

I think Lansbury is a decent player, but have to temper that with the knowledge he's always ten seconds away from shattering his face on a stubborn blade of grass and being out for another six months.

Luiz is a class act. I think him and Nakamba could be a fine pairing for us.

Houls back to his usual lack of awareness of play around him,  flatfooted then overrun,  ending with dangerous fk

We have little end product for all our possession. Glad we took the lead but we’ve been blunt aside from that. We need striker depth badly.

His injury record isn't great but his bigger problem is that he lets too much of the game pass him by.
