Going in the Lower Holte or Lower North that is the chance you take as it's largely accepted that most if not all will be stood all game, especially for bigger games. If everyone sat down all game the atmosphere would be like Fulham.

Yes, because it's impossible to sing while sitting down.

Obviously you can sing sitting down, people tend not to though. Standing and singing seem to go hand in hand. Any time I'm sat down at a football game, it's usually a game to forget and a crap atmosphere.

I sympathise with OP though, if you're not wanting to stand, you're a bit stuck. Safe standing is the obvious solution...

Q1-Q4 in the lower doug ellis was an obvious choice for North lower standers, I was surprised by those standing in the upper doug. If they cannot facilitate safe standing we will organise ourselves.

Richard Scudamore (zionist) was against safe standing, due to the visual perception that standing brings, he believed it was associated with hoolignisim. He thought sponsors and corporates would be put of the appeal of the Premier league.

I've seen more examples of hoolignisim today than I have in the previous 49 years.

My eyes must need testing, because I could have sworn someone just described someone else as a ‘Zionist’, and they couldn’t have done, because that would be really offensive and mental.

I'm sat in the Trinity upper tomorrow  (la di da) and I imagine I will be sat down for most of the game. Perhaps the occasional ripple of applause and "well played sir" before popping off for a post-match sherry. Pip pip

My lad is 7 and we have season tickets in lower north so it’s standing on the back of the seat in front all game for him. A bit daft really but there you go, I should have got tickets elsewhere I guess. I have thought about asking the club if we can move seats and pay the extra but he likes the atmosphere where we are.

My batman informs me that he has witnessed some "tradesman" types out of their seats at impromptu moments, towards the rear of the stand. I would confirm this, but I didn't get where I am today by turning around to look at things.
