Just watching the full programme from last night. Is it true that Forest haven’t won at Anfield since 1969? That seems unbelievable

That's definitely incorrect.

Well against Liverpool in the league it is correct. Forest beat them in the League cup in 78. Although there is over 20 years when they haven't played them at all.

Looking at the H2H, I didn't realise Forest knocked out Liverpool in the run-up to their first Euro win. Might have only been the second round of matches as well.

The first round in 1978/79.

The highlights and analysis were much shorter than you'd expect for first game up. I switched off after us so not sure if it was a reduced running time following the delay thanks to those cunts at the Proms?

Isn't that a b-side by The Fall?

I doubt it, dr.chekov hasn't posted it in 'The Chain' thread.

"Arsenal haven't lost a Premier League game in 2024". Really?

The Newcastle post-match dressing room photos are back. :(

Fully justified when you've won the league in Cannockshire in September. Must be a world record

I liked the return of the screamer section tonight, featuring Jhon Duran; nice to see him finishing both this weekend’s play out films, as well. Hope Ollie’s not the jealous type!

Yeah, you know it's a special goal when it prompts a MOTD montage.

The musical nod with Duran Duran was fun. I thought it was interesting that both pundits agreed that the game was shifting away from encouraging young players to express themselves in this way. We could have a rare asset in JD as well as our top drawer international striker in Ollie. Not a bad position to be in; as Emery says, it’s his job to get them playing together!

I expect he will be in the team of the week as "He is a beast and that finish was Monster."

Arteta got it removed from their record because it just wasn't fair.
