We take the lead and think we've won.

Taylor clearly at fault but if AEG has been more concerned with getting a tackle in than clutching his face and playing for a foul in the build up it might not have got that far.

We are way too fucking slow in attack. Burnley have found it easy to get 10 men back behind the ball every time we have the ball.

Poor defending, Taylor caught out, and Heaton was too far over to his near post.

Apart from the straight change of full backs has Dean done anything to stem the flow?

El Ghazi too soft down the right hand side.

Grealish not in the game enough at the moment. Wesley too soft. I'd bring Davis on now - liven it up a bit.

Burnley have just made this a stop start game, and we've fallen into their nauseating trap. Come on Villa!

Taylor hopeless there but clear foul on Guilbert in build up. We have been poor second half, haven't threatened a second at all.

Mings is also to blame, getting not for the first time this season, getting dragged into no man's land. Shit defending by both.

Now the time wasting and gamesmanship will start from Burnley. They’ll take a point. This is how these types of sides stay up. By being savvy and picking up points here and there.
