Class finish from SJM. Looks like he tucked it in with the outside of his left boot...

WHAT a bloody good footballer!

At least Trezuguet has shown some fight, Weseley none at all and Al Gazi keeps making poor decisions.

Apart from the assist for the goal.
AEG is our fastest player so unless he starts to flag I would keep him on for as long as possible. We need to stretch Arsenal in the second half and make the extra man tell, which we failed to do dismally the other night.

Arse really are there for the taking.

I’ve got to ask though, is Wes offering any more than Hogan did?

Possibly even less.

Absolutely golden opportunity now for 3 points that we must take. Don't give the ref the slightest excuse to even it up, play smartly and keep the ball.

Played some good stuff and countered well even before the sending off. Marvelous, Grealish and SJM doing really nicely in midfield and the Mings/Engels partnership is looking fucking superb.

On this stream that I have - there is an awesome interview with Dean Smith ..... Not sure if it is available elsewhere.

We really need to play with our heads now. Last twenty minutes on Monday we played liked a schoolboy team clueless charging forward at every chance.

Make sure we don't get involved in any Arsenal scuffle (no one from us has been booked), keep tight shape in centre of pitch and see what we can do on counter attack.

At least he ran around a bit.

So what does Dean do now to make the extra man count?

Need to be careful to stay away from any flashpoints in the second half. They will clearly try anything to get one of us sent off.

We're doing absolutely fine, but I'm tempted by Davis for Wes too.

yeah id agree with that change, Wes has been woeful again and I think Davis can hold the ball up better

Arsenal dont have much legs in midfield so just requires patience on the ball to stretch them, huge opportunity now for 3 points

Grealish has been a huge disappointment

Both our centre back are quality players
