Cheers lads. I’ve got both those books. I’m sure if any film footage existed, somebody, somewhere would have posted it before now.
Hi Kenny as historic as the games were for us I'm not sure I could bear to watch either games as we were abject over both legs ...good luck in your quest for footage
Like you I went to both games and strangely remember the ties with some affection - more the experience than the results and performances


Same here mate, re the experience. It was my first meeting with french fries covered in mayo, and we’re still friends to this day, lol!

They're better off without. Extensive research has taught me that.

I posted in the Memories section on the away tie - there's a picture of the game on one of the replies.
I went to both legs - can't believe it's 44 years ago!!
